Because of the Covid-19 situation and related counter measures, the project "Schwerpunktprojekt, Halbleiterbaulemente und Schaltungstechnik" can not take place in a regular manner. We are sorry for that. In case of the situation is getting better during the semester, we are planning to offer a seminar at the end of the semester.
